This service is operated by Dis Co. [registered entity and address to follow] You can reach us at discodedisco@outlook.com.
You must be at least 16 to hold an account. You must be at least 18 to buy anything. Where your local law requires a parent or guardian to consent to the processing of your data, that consent is required too.
Tokens, Ballots, Trinkets, card decks, dice sets and every other in-game item are a limited, personal, revocable license to use a feature of this service. They are not your property, they are not currency, and they have no value outside this service.
You may not sell, trade, gift or otherwise transfer them to anyone else, and there is no cash-out—they cannot be exchanged for money, and we will not do so at your request.
If you close your account, or if we close the service, any unspent balance ends with it. Money you have already paid is dealt with under our Refund Policy.
Do not use the service to harass anyone, to publish unlawful material, to break into other people's accounts, or to interfere with the running of the site. What you publish where other players can see it is yours, and you are responsible for it.
There are many methods, both direct and indirect, of publishing material on this service. Many of them, while resembling mainstream social media methods, are unique enough to differ from traditional notions of publication. Via this service, they include but are not limited to:
Some of what you publish here can also travel to other websites. But only your Scroll logs and Yarns—your "moves"—can federate, and only from a game room seat where you have ticked "Federate my Yarns & Scrolls?". A copy sent that way is out of our hands: We do not call it back, and it should be treated as permanent and public. See our Privacy Policy for a comprehensive federation outline.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these T&Cs, and we will tell you why where we lawfully can.
If these T&Cs change materially we will first log you out and then, upon next login, ask you to accept the new version. Your earlier acceptance stays on record; checking the box for the new T&Cs records each version you accept. Failure to accept will mean denial of account access until such time as you accept the latest T&Cs.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Nothing here takes away a right the law in your place of residence already gives you.
