Updated with v1.5.1115 Sep 2026
Some refunds are your right, not our decision; those are always tendered in full, with nothing deducted on our end:
This last example includes the 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, if the law where you live grants it and you have not waived it (see §3). Please inquire with us at discodedisco@outlook.com so we can refund your original payment method.
Outside those cases we may still refund you, at our discretion. Whenever we do, we refund unspent balances only, and we may keep the processing fee our payment provider does not return to us whenever a payment is refunded—currently about 2.9% of the sale plus 30¢. We will tell you the precise amount of the refund before it is issued back to you.
Tokens you have already spent cannot be refunded, because you have in such cases already exhausted their benefit. In cases such as these, we may decide to refund to you an amount prorated to the quantity of unspent tokens remaining—again, minus the processing fee detailed above. Any complimentary Ballot bonuses awarded with the original purchase will be yours to keep.
Anything you buy here is delivered to your account the moment payment succeeds. If you ask for it that way—checking the corresponding box at checkout means you do—you are agreeing to immediate delivery and accepting that the 14-day right to withdraw no longer applies to that purchase.
If something has gone wrong, do not hesitate to reach out—rather than have your bank take care of it, we would much rather make it right for you ourselves. But nothing in this policy, nor over in our T&Cs, stops you from raising a dispute on a charge with your card issuer or other payment institution.
